Our client, due to an internal promotion, is seeking to recruit a Manager to its Member Support team:

Duties for the Manager:

  • staff management (team of 4)
  • assist with recruitment
  • staff training
  • set goals and communicate with team
  • forecast revenues and expenditures
  • evaluate trends
  • enforce quality and compliance standards
  • develop plans to achieve goals
  • provide reviews of employee and business results
  • solve potential customer disputes

Experience of the Support Manager

  • staff management experience
  • commercial awareness
  • strong customer service background
  • comfortable relaying "bad" news to customers
  • EXPERIENCE WITHIN HAULAGE INDUSTRY
  • UNDERSTANDING OF THE PALLETISED NETWORK
