Customer Support Advisor (9 month FTC)

Role: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Warrington

Salary: £22,500 pro rata

Contract: 9 months

Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.45 - 5.15 (shift variations available, 40 hour week, 30 minute lunch, 2 x 10 minute breaks)

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced customer support advisor to cover a maternity leave for 9 months

Core Duties:

  • dealing with incoming calls
  • handling the department mail box
  • producing reports
  • provide support to the admin teams
  • support ad-hoc projects

Experience:

  • excellent communication skills
  • experience of handling volume calls
  • superb administrative skills
  • proof reading skills
  • perhaps experience or working in a call centre
