Role: Aftersales Administrator

Salary: £17,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with Saturday mornings rota'd (paid extra or day off in lieu)

Location: Lowdham, Notts

Our prestigious client is seeking to appoint a driven individual to its current aftersales team:

Aftersales Administrators Responsibilities:

  • obtain and validate warranty claims
  • cost information from job cards and technician notes
  • record and process claims
  • database management
  • file and archive warranty paperwork
  • carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Aftersales Administrators Experience:

  • customer focused
  • previous administrative or warranty experience (ideally current)
  • ideally experience of Kerridge
  • excellent communicator
  • problem solving skills
  • team player
  • strong administrative skills
  • strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • committed
  • calm under pressure
  • flexible approach
