Role: Outbound Call Centre Associate

Salary: £17,000 plus uncapped bonuses

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12-8 and Friday 10-6

Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

Our client is looking to recruit driven and determined candidates who are seeking a career within Financial Services

By the end of year 1, you will be earning in excess of £25,000; by the end of year 3, your basic salary will top £50,000

Along the way there are of course exams to take and pass but these are all paid for - all you need to due is study and pass them

Duties of the outbound call centre adviser:

  • call clients from a provided database
  • fact finding questions to uncover individual needs
  • research various insurance providers
  • present your findings to the client

Experience needed for the role of outbound call centre adviser

  • driven
  • excellent communicator
  • in-depth fact finding skills
  • good listener
  • comfortable handling objections
  • career motivated

This is a superb career opportunity with the following timeline:

6 months, 1st exam, salary increase to £18,000 12 months, 2 further exams, salary increase to £25,000 36 months, 4 further exams, salary increase to £50,000
