Administrator

Role: Administrator

Location: Chilwell, Nottingham

Salary: £20,000, rising to £21,500 after probation

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.15pm, Friday, 9am to 4.45pm

Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

Core duties for the administrator:

• Respond to requests for information by customers • Satisfactorily complete all enquiries • Support customers by supplying information • Maintain contract information and records • Raise invoices and credit notes • Administration related to fleet activity • Terminate agreements in line with customer requests • Arrange for the movement of vehicles

Skills for the administrator:

• IT Skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to communicate at all levels • High level of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, working on own initiative • Versatile, quick learner & enthusiastic to support new processes
